Sandstone Saw Blades

PRO SUPPLY AVAILABLE – Ask about bulk pricing, blade matching, and equipment compatibility.

Sandstone Saw Blades are designed to cut efficiently through softer, more abrasive natural stone while maintaining a clean, consistent finish. Sandstone is easier to cut than quartzite, but it’s more abrasive and prone to edge wear and surface tear-out.

Using the right blade helps maintain cutting speed while producing a cleaner edge. It reduces chipping, improves finish quality, and extends blade life by matching the blade design to the material.

The result is faster work, less waste, and better-looking finished pieces. Sandstone behaves differently than quartzite; it cuts easier, but it can wear blades faster and chip if the wrong blade is used. These blades are built to handle that balance, delivering smooth cuts, reduced edge breakage, and reliable performance across both production and jobsite applications.

These are a Tools product when you Build It Right™ supporting precision, improving finish quality, and helping you move faster without sacrificing results.

Q: Can these blades be used on quartzite?
A: They can, but quartzite is much harder and requires blades specifically designed for that material for best performance.

Q: What’s the advantage of a sandstone-specific blade?
A: It cuts cleaner, reduces chipping, and performs better in abrasive materials compared to general-purpose blades.

Q: Wet or dry cutting?
A: Wet cutting is recommended to improve blade life and reduce dust.

Q: How long will the blade last?
A: Blade life depends on usage and conditions, but using the correct blade for sandstone helps maximize performance and longevity.
